I’ve eaten a lot of paella in this lifetime, and I have to say that this paella negra from Taberna de Haro in Brookline is one of the best. It’s simple: paella cooked in squid ink, with squid and cuttlefish, topped with dollops of aioli, some red pepper strips, and lemon wedges. But it’s unbelievably delicious.
